Sell what's in stock, with the receipts.

An AI shopping assistant for your store. It reads your live prices and stock, recommends only what you actually sell, hands the cart to your checkout — and shows the passage behind every answer.

Two passages cleared the line and were used. The third did not, and is shown dropped.

It recommends from your catalogue, not from the internet

Price, stock and variations come from your store at the moment of the answer. If a product is not in your catalogue, the assistant says so rather than inventing one — and the trace beside the answer shows exactly what it read.

That is the difference between an assistant that sells and one that apologises for a recommendation the next morning.

  • Finds the product

By name, by need, by budget — from what you actually sell, with the live price and whether it is in stock.

  • Answers the objection

Shipping, returns, sizes, ingredients, warranty: from your own pages, with the passage it came from.

  • Hands off the cart

Add to cart inside the chat; checkout is your store's own, so nothing about payment changes.

What "grounded" means when the answer is a product

Every candidate passage — a product page, a shipping policy, a blog post — gets a score. There is a line. What is above it reaches the assistant; what is below it does not, and the answer says so rather than improvising around it.

When nothing clears the line, the assistant declines and the question is logged as a gap: something a shopper asked and your store had not written down. That list is the most useful one you will read.

  • Above the line

Used. The product card, the price, the delivery promise — each one traces to the passage that let it in.

  • Below the line

Dropped, and shown dropped. A sale page that scored 0.29 against a threshold of 0.32 is not a failure; it is the assistant refusing to sell from an out-of-date page.

  • Nothing above the line

The assistant declines. No invented product, no guessed price; the question goes to your review queue, where it is a to-do rather than a complaint.

It reads what you already have

Point it at your store and it reads live price, stock and variations through the store's own API. Point it at your website and it reads every page. Upload a folder and it reads that too.

  • Your store

WooCommerce, through its public Store API and without your credentials. Price, stock and variations come from the store at the moment of the answer, and the cart is handed back to your checkout. Shopify is not available yet; it is next on the roadmap.

  • Your website

Read from its sitemap, split into passages, and re-read on a schedule you set. What was read, when, and what failed is all visible.

  • Your files

PDFs, spreadsheets and documents, uploaded from the console. Each chunk can be previewed, edited, or pinned as the answer to a question.

One script tag

It measures 3.62 KB gzipped before a visitor opens it, fetches nothing else until they do, and reserves no layout space, so it cannot shift anything on your store.

  window.chatConfig = {

  • 30.90 KB

measured on the built file, every build

Built for Indian stores, and light on every page

Most of the shoppers this is built for are on a phone, on a mobile connection, and not necessarily in English. The panel is designed for that first and for a laptop second.

  • Ten languages

English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi. The assistant answers in the language the shopper writes in, and the panel's own buttons, cart and messages follow the language they choose.

  • Rupees, and the receipts

Prices in rupees from your own store, never a converted figure. Every plan on the pricing page is read from the billing system, and GST is stated rather than discovered on the invoice.

  • WhatsApp when nobody is in

A shopper who asks for a person outside your hours is told when you are back, and offered your WhatsApp number if you have given one. Voice input, in the shopper's language, is a setting.

Your team stays in charge

The assistant sells from what it can prove. When it cannot, a person can, and everything it could not answer is a list you can work through.

  • Handover in one click

Take over any chat from the console; the assistant pauses, the shopper sees your name, and they see you typing. Hand it back when you are done.

  • A review queue, not a complaint box

Every question the assistant declined is saved with what it retrieved and why it was not enough. Answer it once and the answer is pinned for the next shopper who asks.

  • It is not for you if

You need email, voice or social channels in one inbox; you need a ticketing help desk; or you need an agent that does things beyond your store. It is a shopping assistant for one website, and it says so.

Four plans, one product

Questions

Short answers, and each one is something you can check in the console.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. It reads live price, stock and variations through WooCommerce's public Store API, runs a cart inside the chat and hands over to your checkout. The plugin installs the widget and keeps your catalogue in sync.

Will it invent products or prices?

It recommends only from your catalogue and reads price and stock live. When nothing in your content answers a question, it says so and offers a person.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi.

Will it slow my store down?

The loader is 3.62 KB, and the chat loads only when opened.
